1. Morning Magic Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup | Frozen blueberries |
1/2 avocado(s) | Avocado |
1 beet(s) | Beets, raw (peeled, chopped) |
1/4 cucumber(s) | Cucumber (chopped) |
1 tbsp hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1 tbsp | Goji berries |
1 tsp | Spirulina powder |
1 tsp | Maca powder |
1 scoop | Hemp protein powder |
1 1/2 cup | Coconut water (liquid from coconut) |
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in order in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve in a large glass with a glass or stainless steel straw and enjoy!

2. The Ultimate Green Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients
1 leaves | Kale (stem removed, about 1 cup) |
1/2 avocado(s) | Avocado |
1/2 cup | Frozen blueberries |
1 piece, 1-inch | Ginger root |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
1 tbsp hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1 tbsp | Goji berries |
1 tsp | Spirulina powder |
1 tsp | Maca powder |
1 tsp | Honey, raw |
1/2 tsp | Matcha, green tea powder |
1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
1 scoop | Fermented protein powder, vanilla |
1 tbsp | Kefir |
1 1/2 cup | Coconut water (liquid from coconut) |
0.00 | Ice cubes (optional, as needed) |
Instructions

Ingredients
1/2 large potato | Sweet potato (chopped, skin on if organic) |
1 medium | Apple (organic) |
1 piece, 1-inch | Ginger root |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
1 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
2 tbsp | Almonds, raw |
4 date pitted | Medjool date |
1 tbsp | Goji berries |
2 tsp | Maca powder |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/4 tsp | Nutmeg, ground |
1 scoop | Hemp protein powder, vanilla |
1 1/2 cup | Brewed chai tea |
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in order in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Serve in a large glass with a glass or stainless steel straw and enjoy!

4. Sweet Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup | Spinach |
1 leaves | Kale (large) |
4 strawberry | Frozen strawberry |
1/2 large | Pear (skin on) |
1 cup slices | Apple (cored, skin on) |
1/2 tsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
3/4 cup | Water (filtered) |
7 cube(s) | Ice cubes |
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together and serve.

Ingredients
1/2 cup diced | Pineapple (frozen) |
1 cup | Frozen mango (chunks) |
1/2 tsp hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1/4 tsp | Turmeric, powder |
1/4 tsp | Ginger, ground (powder) |
1 cup | Water, filtered |
1 tsp | Coconutoil |
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together, serve & enjoy!
