Although most IKEA furniture is flat-pack furniture, it's not designed to be disassembled after you assemble it for the first time. After you disassemble and reassemble a piece of furniture, the quality of the product can be degraded by creating more space between screw holes and parts than originally existed.
When you have to disassemble large furniture to move house, keep the following in mind as you disassemble and reassemble your furniture.
- Always check the assembly structure in the assembly instructions before you start to disassemble furniture.
⇒See how to download assembly instructions(Japanese) - Parts without metal screw receivers are attached by wedging screws in screw holes.
These screws may lose their strength if they are removed once. When parts are attached with cam locks, disassemble the parts by unlocking them.
⇒See how to unlock cam locks(Japanese) - Try not to disassemble parts that are nailed together, for example, backboards.
If you must disassemble such parts, make sure to cause as little damage as possible. When reassembling your furniture, do not hammer in nails in the same places as before.
A frame warps easily when not supported by a backboard. Disassemble the top, bottom, and sides as well before transporting your furniture.

I don't know how to adjust the torque of the FIXA screwdriver/drill.
The torque can be set between 1 and 15, and the higher the number, the stronger the tightening force. In addition, since it has a stopper function, if the screw is jammed, it will spin idle and the screw head will not collapse.

HYLLIS/I can't screw in the screws.
Allow play without overtightening the screws and assemble them while adjusting. If the sides of the shelf are wide, use pliers or the like to bend them inward to facilitate screwing. If you assemble while tightening all the screws, the screw holes will not fit in the later process.
